Chilli chicken

  Story behind chilli chicken   A dish made out of beautiful delicate chicken coated with sauces.It is popularly known as a Chinese starter,but is it really chinese? The answer is 'NO'.you won't find any of these dishes over there,it's a fusion of Indian and chinese cuisines (Indo-chinese).These are all developed in India. Recipe  1. Boneless chicken which is brined in salt water for atleast 3hours,which leaves chicken juicy from inside.  2. Marination :-  Add red chilli powder,little bit of ginger garlic paste,chilli sauce,soya sauce,cornflour and maida. Tip:- Not too much of cornflour or maida is added.it should be slightly coated then you will love it. 3. Add egg white,few drops of oil,artificial color (totally optional)and mix everything completely.  4.  Deep fry on medium flame, perfectly cook it for 7 to 8minutes,it becomes soft and juicy . 5.  Now let's make awesome chilli flavored sauces. we're going to add all the sauces to chicken stock....
